What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, work email, organization, role, phone number if you give one, and your message. We do not ask for, and you should not send, any patient information.
Where it goes
Your inquiry is delivered to our customer relationship management system, Salesforce, so a member of our team can respond. We use it only to answer you and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell it.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page visits and measure how quickly pages load. They do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
